Well that's January out of the way....what a month, with all the snow and chaos, let alone the tax returns (did you get yours filed on time??).

Apologies for not being able to run the Big(ger) Breakfast, we just felt it was all too risky to get Sue & Tony Melia over from Rugby as well as getting Maureen and her crew and then you lot together....fortunately (or unfortunately depending on your point of view), Thursday morning turned out quite nice.

Let's move on.....the Government says we are out of the recession, so that means getting down to some serious selling to get those business profits up and tax revenues flowing back into the Treasury (what am I saying?).....you've done your marketing and you now have a new customer prospect sitting in front of you....so how good are you at negotiating the deal to get the right price and the right terms?
